How does this replacement service work?

1. Select and purchase the service you need.

1. Write down your passcode and put it in the package with the phone you will be sending to us. We need this information to be able to test your phone's functionality before and after the repair to make sure everything has done perfectly on our end. If you don't want to share your passcode that is okay however since we can't test your phone before and after the repair we cannot offer 30 days warranty such replacements.

1. Please make sure your phone is packaged securely to avoid damages during shipping, ship it to our address:

1. As soon as we receive the phone, we will fix it within one business day and securely package it and return it back to you via USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Business Days.

1. This service comes with a 30 day warranty but does not cover physical damage, or any pre-existing damage.

Please make sure your phone is not bent. We will not work on devices with bent or damage frame.

Please note that replacing the back glass will not fix any other problems you may have with the phone.
